Crossfit Baby!

Because I don't have enough to do, I decided to sign up for Crossfit classes.  Crossfit is an incredibly difficult workout, that is never the same twice.  It challenges your body in ways you could not even imagine.  One day you will be doing running, rowing, and pull ups - all timed of course.  The next day you could be doing olympic weight lifting and wall balls.  The next day, who knows what!!  One of the toughest and my favorite moves is the handstand push up....

These workouts are no joke... but they are great!!
