Freezin' for a Reason!
Ever imagine what the Delaware River feels like in January? Well, we don't have to wonder anymore - it's COLD! The rescue personnel was actually breaking the ice up on the beach so we could do our Polar Beach Plunge, at Neshaminy State Park - on January 29th, 2011. It was crazy there. We could NOT believe how many people were there and some of the costumes were CRAZY. Made us look VERY sane - imagine that. The whole event raised money for the special olympics, and that is why it's called "freezin' for a reason"... Hope you are all staying warm and we are going to try to form a team next year - want to join us to raise money for a GREAT cause?
