Elyse had Leah over to play last week. They both wanted to roast marshamallows, but it was really windy so I "talked" them into pretending. They had a blast... and enjoyed eating the marshmallows too.

We finally got around to getting a firepit... everyone enjoyed the yummy treats and the beautiful evening!
Bling Bling....
Hard to believe in October Scott and I will be married for 10 years. Since last year I have lost about 40 pounds and my rings did not fit me any more. We eventually talked about getting the ring resized, but then our nieghbor (who happens to be a jeweler) came up with an idea to resize one and then combine the two other - making a ring that is more of "me" now.... And this is how they turned out...

Each year we do a "spring photo shoot"... and this year was no exception! The girls did a great job and we got LOTS of fun springlike photos to show off our kiddos!!

Opening day for GALS softball
Today the LSAA held opening day ceremonies for the 2012 GALS softball league. The girls are currently playing on the Shortcakes team and had a blast!! Here are some pics of the kiddos...

Scott and I finally got an evening out all by ourselves and it was fabulous! We went to a small restraunt called ELA down in Philly and enjoyed a fantastic dinner, and even got a picture with the chef!

spring break fun...
To enjoy the beautiful weather, we took a nice trip to the local playground... for LOTS of fun!
Shadybrook Eggstravaganza
Spring break called for some fun at Shadybrook Farms. We met up with a bunch of friends for an egghunt, hay ride, many pictures, picnic lunch, and lots of playing on the playground.
